We review your request and return a written quote tailored to your headcount, menu, and service style.
Deposit
50% non-refundable deposit is due to confirm the booking.
Balance
Remaining balance is due 24 hours before the event. It will be auto-invoiced via Square.
Cancellation
8+ days out: full refund minus 3% processing. 4–7 days: 50% of deposit refunded. 0–3 days: deposit non-refundable. Day-of cancellation: 100% of total invoice is due.
Rush orders
Orders 3–6 days out are accepted with a +20% rush fee applied to the food subtotal. Orders inside 72 hours are not accepted.
Corporate accounts
Approved corporate / organization accounts may confirm via Purchase Order and be invoiced NET-15 after the event in lieu of the 50% deposit — subject to credit approval and a signed catering agreement. W-9 provided on request.
Tax-exempt certificate
If you are tax-exempt, upload your certificate in your request or email it to us before we issue your quote.
