FOUNDERS + CEO

Kevin Smith is a retired LMPD Narcotics
Detective with more than 20 years of law
enforcement experience and served on the
Dignitary Protection Team. He is a proud
graduate and Alumni of Kentucky State
University, a member of the Omega Psi Phi
Fraternity, Incorporated (Theta Omega
Chapter), and serves as a Deacon,
Musician and Youth Leader at his church,
Baptized Pentecostal Church of Holiness.
Kevin is a devoted husband, father and
grandfather.

Ronyale Smith is a mother, wife, entrepreneur, & life-long Louisvillian with a heart for community and a deep-rooted passion for connecting and empowering others. Professionally, Ronyale is experienced in Project Management, Real Estate and Economic Development. Most of her days are spent making positive and sustainable changes for the betterment of our community.
